Recently, I’ve been thinking about the power of positive self-talk and motivational thinking. I’ve started reciting the following message in the morning to frame my thinking for the day ahead; thought I would post it here in case it helps someone else.Today is a good day; today is my day.
I have all I need to be the best I can be.
I will overcome my fears, I will learn from my mistakes. I will enjoy today.
